Account Deletion Process for Wrapyt GPS Driver App
We understand that you may wish to delete your account with the Wrapyt GPS Driver app. This guide outlines the steps to request the deletion of your account and explains what happens to your data after the deletion process.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:

- Send a mail to info@wrapyt.com stating your name and phone number and requesting to delete your account on the Wrapyt GPS app.
- Confirm Account Deletion:
- You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete your account.
- Verification and Confirmation:
- Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. After verification, we will proceed with the deletion.
What Happens to Your Data:
- Deleted Data:
- Personal Information: Upon account deletion, your personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and vehicle information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- GPS Location and Usage Data: All real-time GPS data, route history, and mileage data collected during your use of the Wrapyt GPS Driver app will be deleted from our servers.
- Data Retained Temporarily:
- Payment Records: Any payment or earnings information related to completed advertising campaigns may be retained for a period of up to 90 days for auditing and tax purposes.
- Legal Requirements: Certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, such as financial transactions or regulatory requirements, as required by law.
- Data That Is Not Deleted:
- Anonymized Data: Any anonymized or aggregated data that is not personally identifiable may be retained for research, analytics, or reporting purposes.
Retention Period:
- After confirming your request, all personal and usage data will be deleted within 30 days. Any data that is retained due to legal or regulatory requirements will be deleted after the mandatory retention period has expired.
